Why so many need a Diet to Lose 75 pounds




For many adults and children there is a dire need for a diet to lose 75 pounds, we are in the middle of a very strong obesity epidemic, the standard television commercial diets have been an otter failures for the vast majority of dieters.  We are simply losing the fight against inflammatory fat, the fact that so many young people are in need of a diet to lose 75 pounds is a sign of prevalent the problem has become. 

 

Researchers now report that children are suffering greatly from obesity; this is the first generation of young people in the West who will live shorter life spans than their parents due to excessive inflammatory fat on the body. The failed commercial diet are a large part of the growing crisis, we must look to real science for solutions not celebrity endorsed diets.

Ashley Cockrell Skinner of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Dr. Joseph Skelton of the Wake Forest School of Medicine reported on the skyrocket numbers of children who are simply too heavy.

 

 

“From 2011 to 2012, 17.3 percent of children in the United States aged 2 to 19 years were obese,” they wrote. “Additionally, 5.9 percent of children met criteria for class 2 obesity and 2.1 percent met criteria for class 3 obesity.”  To be very open about this issue, the need for a diet to lose 75 pounds has become a reality to too many people.

 

 

“For overweight and obesity there's generally not any change,” Skinner told NBC News. “There's certainly not the decrease reported before. We also see in the more severe forms of obesity … that it appears to be increasing.”  We must turn to real science to address this very important issue.  

 

Sadly, too many are still turning to the same old commercial television diets, there has never been one popular television diet which has ever been scientifically proven to reduce inflammatory fat, and we must look to real science for real weight loss.

 

We are losing so many of our children to obesity because we simply do not know how to lose weight, we are not turning to real science, we are still looking to reality television actor endorsement diets.

When European researchers used a specialized diabetes inspired diet on overweight people without diabetes an amazing thing occurred, the inflammatory body-fat was reversed and all lost significant body weight. Here we see a true loss of real inflammatory fat.

The diet caused overweight people without diabetes to become naturally thin; this was how to really eliminate the fat” The message is clear that this is how to lose weight.

 

Inflammatory fat around the waist and on the body can be very stubborn to remove, most commerical diets are a waste of time but science has given us the solution; this was the only real life solution from real science. The need for a diet to lose 75 pounds is very real but there are no commerical diets that have been proven to do this, we need real scinence.
