We would have to disagree with the researchers, it is ignorant to assume that people who are overweight will not  care that they are overweight if they are informed that obesity is a disease.   Excessive Inflammatory fat is extremely dangerous and it is a disease, the biggest mistake people are making is in turning to popular name brand diets and commmercial TV diet plans endorsed by entertainers. 

 

It is crucial to turn to real scince for real weight loss, Popular name brand diets cause only a weak loss of water weight; these diets have never been scientifically proven to reduce the inflammatory fat.
